Well I took my bike back for it’s after sales service (free) and I told the guy it makes a cracking noise under load but it seems they weren’t able to fix it or they didn’t even look at it. Argh, so anyway I’ve done some research and it seems to be the bottom bracket. It’s not the pedals as I’ve tried both new and old and it even feels like it’s coming from the cranks or part of the frame. I’d pull it apart but I need some special tools.
