So I’ve had water leaking into my boot. A decent amount as well, enough to get Bear Grylls excited. He’d probably piss on it to make sure it’s leaking. Anyway, it seems to be getting through the lip where the metals join, there was some type of silicon in there but I gouged it out so I could treat the rust.
